Welcome to kindergarten! I'm Carol Welsch. I graduated from Texas Lutheran College with a BA in Elementary Education and an Early Childhood Certification. I taught for seven years at Marion Elementary. Following the birth of my first daughter, I taught a preschool class and was the director of Faith Lutheran Preschool in Seguin for seventeen years. This is my twelveth year to teach at Navarro Elementary. I have two daughters, Devon and Whitney. Devon graduated with a MA in ballet from The University of Utah and teaches Fletcher Pilates in San Antonio. Whitney graduated with a DPT from Regis University in Denver and works at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists at The Forum. My husband, David, works at GBRA.
I enjoy spending time with my family, the girls' dogs, walking, reading and working on the computer.
I'm looking forward to the coming year. I believe that parents are a child's first teachers and that by working together we will help your child have a successful year.
