The grade book is located on the network server (drive e) and a backup copy is located on your hard drive (drive c).
A backup of the network is made every night.
You may make an additional backup copy on a floppy disk (drive a).

There must be some form of hard (paper) copy of grades as well as the grades saved on the network or computer.
-Print a hard copy of your grades weekly (See Reports-Group); or
-Keep a conventional grade book as well as entering grades on the computer.
Administrators should have access to a computer grade book in the same manner they have access to a conventional grade book.
You will export grade averages for progress reports and report cards from your grade book to the registrar by a specified time on a specified date.
Reports are mailed home from the office.
